Terms of Service

Seoul Publisher provides a web console for creator teams to connect accounts, prepare media assets, and manage upload or direct-post publishing workflows.

Users may connect only accounts they own or accounts they are explicitly authorized to manage. The service must not be used for spam, impersonation, deceptive activity, policy violations, or unauthorized publishing.

Creators and team operators are responsible for reviewing all media, captions, permissions, and publishing requests before content is uploaded or posted.

The service may be changed, suspended, or limited to protect accounts, comply with platform requirements, or investigate abuse.
