Seoul Publisher collects only the information needed to operate authorized publishing workflows, including OAuth callback parameters, account authorization state, technical logs, and publishing request metadata.

Access tokens and credentials are treated as confidential and are used only to perform actions authorized by the connected creator account or approved team operator.

The service does not sell personal information. Operational data is retained only as needed for security, troubleshooting, compliance, and account management.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible operational data by contacting the operator.
